Prunus lusitanica, Portuguese Laurel is a versatile hedging evergreen, used for both low hedges and tall stately border hedges. With its deep dark green leaves and ability to grow handle drought, cold and wind, Portugues Laurel is one of the best hedging options for exposed sites. As well as square cut hedges, Portugues Laurel is suitable for topiary domes and standards.
